We will never know the specific details of this agreement, best we can tell at this time, and it's annoying as all get out, but that's the way it is.

If we got some cash, when will it be "booked?" If this Q3, we will see a # combined with other settlements between Oct 1 thru Dec 31 by mid Feb, if booked in Q4, not till mid-June for goodness sake!

What has me scratching my head, Apple of all companies, with all the money they need to fight this to the death, drag this out until our little 7 person company keeping itself in business on a shoe string, went belly up.

What on Earth caused them to make a deal with Tony & Fred? If the deal stunk, our two Men would have told them to shove it IMO, but what is it? I sent GUIDO to go see Fred, rough him up a bit, take MarDee flowers and neither of them would spill the beans...lol.
