You may be correct, the trading indicators are there, but we still as shareholders have a right to know what is happening.

As to NDAs, the agreements don't have to be kept secret, Fred has the authority to chose or not chose when we should use an NDA. We see the media disclose many settlements, including some of the large monetary agreements.

If the settlement had high value, then the investment community should know the details, in turn the stock and company value would increase substantially.

I have my doubts if we will ever know any of the details, but I send Fred messages on topics that I think are important to the shareholders.
