Good effort--probably for naught--IMO "specifics" are out of the question--I would settle for generalities that let us know where this may be heading. Although Apple was the big fish, there are numerous other open suits and possibly 100 or so more companies to file against in the future, so he understandably cannot divulge much at all. Maybe something could come out late today, over the weekend, or on Monday. The telephonic conference with other companies does not start until 3:00 pm Pacific.
