Obviously no lawyer here, but with prejudice does mean we cannot file against Apple for any of the same things that were included in the current suit, that is history. Could file different suits for different things I guess. And Apple dismissed without prejudice, does that mean that they can go after us in the future for frivilous filings or some kind of misconduct?
