"the judge didn't find any criminal acts by Apple"--this matter was not before the judge to decide he is just approving the request to dismiss by both parties. This is a settlement prior to going to court. We settled without prejudice which means we cannot refile down the line. Apple agreed to settle but without prejudice. I do not know what is going on.
