If reasonable thought is given to the way this entire Atul, Mr. Blakely process came down, one would have to come to the conclusion that Mr. Blakley`s search for and hiring was done IN SECRET without Atul`s knowledge. Simply put why would Atul hang around knowing a replacement for him was being sought???? Especially if Atul was in demand elsewhere. HE WOULD HAVE BEEN GONEZO A LONG TIME AGO.

That also highly suggests that Atul was not in favor with the BOD, for whatever reason, and the BOD wanted a new face for EDig, which suggests to me this was ``sprung`` on Atul and he left, not willing to accept the demotion...
