Didn't mean to set off a firestorm, just to suggest a possible explanation for APPL's 15 year comments.They may be trying to lay the groundwork for for a future strategy, and I think that shows they are taking this case very seriously.

I believe Handal is doing an excellent job of representing us and that any attempt by AAPL to use a laches defense can be overcome using the arguments that Sman, Joe, Doni, and others have been mustering here.

I guess my point is that we need to anticipate and be fully prepared to refute and discredit any and all strategies that may be used against us.
