Hi Joe, As of 7/3/13 we had 2871 shareholders of record, according to our transfer agent. Our transfer agent does not provide a listing of shares held in “street name” (with a brokerage firm). That information is provided by another source and according to that source, there are about 106 brokerage firms that hold e.Digital shares.

Some time back, and I think it came from you, we had 2,850 shareholders of record holding EDIG in street name with a broker, and 30,000 certificate holders.

Since many if not most people have EDIG in more that one account, such as me with 3, no way to know on my end how many people comprise 2,850...ditto the 30,000 number.
