Where does the clock start ticking on that comment, at the publishing of the base Patents ? Can't start suing on the day of birth.

After the business tries to venture the patents in the business community? Well that takes up many years of the 15.

The length of time e.Digal has now been trying to purse infringement? Well that was a few years back now.

1998(birth) to 2013 is 15 years, how is that time allocated to make such a comment?

The comment is stupid, plain and simple, because e.Digital can justify and allocate its time of existence....making countless business relationships....friend and foe.

IMO, e.Digital should not respond to that nonsense, unless the court seems to have an issue with it.
