Lots of contributors with varying view points is what sets this board above the rest.

I also believe the "active administratively" HL's make a point to be fair. Several communicate back and forth before taking actions to simply delete a post or flag and delete as a vio. We challenge each others opinions as to what action to take, despite what many think.

The other thing is, if a deleted or vio/delete is challenged, admin will over rule it if we are not within their guidelines, and that's a good thing in my book.
