Regardless of all that....IMVHO, Handal has guided e.Digital on as best a path that could be considered. As far as the negotiated SPJ, the defendants wanted one prize.... while Handal wanted another.....and IMO, the judge knows it, as he sanctioned all the issues agreed to with doc 51.

All things considered, lets just wait for the results and see if the judge does a re-do on his doc 51.

In any event, Handal managed to get 774 and 108 into an appeals process, feel grateful for that.. Regardless of what happens to doc 51, Handal is out front on the matter, IMO a re-do on doc 51, if it does happen, will not change the e.Digital vs Huawei appeal process.
