The above, IMO, should get a ruling first, however it might be too revealing as to what way the court is going with regard to ....MOTION to Amend/Correct 51 Judgment,,,,, to Certify the Collateral Estoppel Order ....For Immediate Appeal ...
With that, IMO, both will be ruled at the same time.
