My take--the announcement of new suits will not move the PPS needle although it is a positive development. The flash tech is sort of yesterday's news, however it can provide some necessary income for the company while it tries to market and monetize Nunchi and Micro Signet, the patents of the future. The settlements are expected to be small, however we may still have in the vicinity of 100 companies to file against. The flash settlements will remain small unless we can get the collateral estoppel overturned, if that happens the flash settlements could significantly increase. Another benefit created by the flash suits is to get the word out in the industry about the company and the other potential it may have which could lead to an entire company buy out. The whole company buy out is what I am rooting for, but we need to stay in the game with flash income until we can license either Micro Signet or Nunchi or both.
