I think those engineering resources were project oriented...They were intended to develope prototypes of the digital platform for different OEM`s. I have no idea what stage these projects are at, but I do recall that that was the intended purpose of the Indian engineering resources. Good chance the projects are complete given the timeframe we`re looking at.
