What contract? Seems everybody assumes there is some contract in place between EDIG and Wencor, providing some exclusivity clause. Why do people think that? I think Wencor just issues EDIG piece-meal Purchase Orders to deliver X number of digEs NLT D date. That`s it. EDIG provides exclusivity to Wencor ``at its pleasure``, with no written commitment. Sure the digE is Wencor`s product. But I think EDIG can do whatever they want with a comparable Mede.

JMHO, based on what RP has said, and the fact that EDIG refers to receiving ``orders`` (though the latter is not really much of an indicator).
