Just my guess that the medeViewer might be competition for the digEplayer. Someone else/another company might want to sell/rent the new/different-enough-player to the airlines and other businesses in the health travel and leisure industries. The contract was about airlines. You know if the new gadget is sold or rented outside the plane and content downloaded from a kiosk it hasn`t been used on a plane/jet. If the customer takes it on the plane, well there is not a breach of contract. EDIG has not sold to another airline. Are airlines really going to be able to keep people from bringing on their own toys like cell phones and laptops.... or medeViewers.....?
