In 2001-02-03..You didn't have it; you had a problem..You saw the answer at PortalPlayer..Then you again saw the answer at Cornice, in 2004, and your engineers got to look at it, play with it...You never called Fred to ask if you could use it.. Cornice wouldn't give you an "exclusive". Maybe Foxconn saw something from GTE Group.. But, either way..WALLA! It shows up in your stuff...Did you get lucky with a box of Crackerjax..or did somebody take Mr. Jobs statement to heart...?
