Re: US Court of Appeals Docket: 14-1019 and Documents
It is my understanding the defendants wish to change their previous agreements in order to cause postponement of the CE appeal. Of course that would only matter if the appeal was accepted by the court. My guess is the court has or will accept the appeal.
