For the long lost security patent that was just docketed for a new case..It went through the two non final rejection process....leading to a final rejection....where e.Digital then pointed out, after the final, the prior art issues of the examiner....where the examiner made his comment "why did you not point this out to me earlier?".... 3yrs later a new case is docketed, it can now go through the two non finals leading to a final....as they split hairs over the language....or new prior art entered by the examiner.
