Plank--your posts are awesome. I just have one suggestion, you should change your name to Planktonimo for male or Planktonima for female. Lest we forget, after being dormant for a long while, there was recently some activity on the encryption patent, that is the patent that the examiner stated after he ruled against it(paraphrase)"why didn't you tell me that information before I ruled" as much as admitting that his denial of the patent was incorrect based on information that we had in our posession, but failed to get to him in time. Slow forward to now, after the pile of paperwork at the USPTO has been whittled down, we get a non final final and I would bet that if we make some very minor adjustments to the encryption patent as presented, it will soon also be approved. Soon being in Edig time soon. Could have Duane Morris been some sort of Trojan horse sent by the bad guys(I believe they did handle some stuff for Apple) to drop the ball on the encryption patent info and then insult the CO judge?
