774 lends considerable value to the other patents....even when it reaches it life span and beyond.

It's why e.Digital is giving up so much ground directly to it, be it amendments or settlement issues...yet fights so had to keep it relevant.

You all must understand why we are not collecting for the present time (my prospective anyway)...yet they have to fight very hard for that no gain effort.

It flat out lifts the burdens off the other patents.. that is the way I see things... emit...lol

We are so fortunate to have Handal agree to take us , if they can, to the best position possible, and as reasonably as they can.

They emphatically understand the tech, or they would not be do this for e.Digital.

I don't know what I'm going to do, maybe scream, if the judge re-rules his prior rulings....lol

But, I'm not walking away while so many are working so had on e.Digitals behalf....and mine.
