I think most are tired of trying to understand the patents and the challenges of the legal issues. We're grateful you are here to try to exemplify it all, but we don't even know if you are right. And after a year of promoting Nunchi and it falling into the past 2-3 years of the 'elements' which we were so inclined towards we got nota, no demonstrations, nothing more than a trademark that explains it better than the website. Now MicroSignet appears to be running the same path of waiting on a partner to build it.
Heck - I'm whining because I want a product built and not conceptualized; this is as bad as the drawn out legal proceedings, and why we're suffering on the share price. And then you say things like, ''we can't seem to get to either consideration'' and ''It will not die, and it will not advance....'' while we read the convoluted shape our rulings have gotten per 774/108 is enough to make a preacher cuss.
It is nice to see them finally say 'the doors have been opened to serious talks' because this is just getting old and it's obvious we need a partner/s to bring these patents into reality... Apple hanging on wing-n-a-prayer via 737 and wondering even if our appeal will even be accepted. You know IPMetrics didn't even give us an valuation on Nunchi; we had to dig up stats on the industry as a whole; So if someone licenses it how will a value be placed on it. And the questions go on-n-on much the same as all the stinking world news is - lackluster.
