It would be appropriate for the President/CEO to be the applicant. He was probably the person with the corporate authority to make the application. He applied for it while employed by EDIG, and it pertains to an EDIG product. The Trademark is EDIG`s.

Personally, I don`t like the Medeviewer name. Sounds too clinical...and cumbersome : Mobile Entertainment Device E Viewer? I would have much preferred they had the guts to go with ``EDIGPlayer`` (Encrypted Digital Player). Name recognition, better description, capitalize on digEplayer success, and rub Brent`s nose in it!. Wencor come after us? What existed first, EDIG or digE (and what was the basis for digE?).
