We felt the stupidity of DuaneMorse flaunting an old case where Krieger was overturned on appeal. I don't think judges, or hardly anyone, likes to be played, let alone be accused of not recognizing patterns or tactics in their own courtrooms. Doni's characterization of O'Shea is a bit strong, but this Kohm guy is very blatently leaving himself open unless he can prove his accusation against Chaulk.

Does anyone know when these motions to amend will probably be ruled on?
