This lawyer Kohm is really sticking his neck out here, it seems to me. This San Diego judge probably either knows Handal or Pamela Chalk, and if the San Fransico lawyer accuses her of misrepresenting EDIG ( puffery for lying), this is a heavy charge. I'd say this is a small break for our side, if it is patently uncharacteristic of Handal & co.
