letgo....that 10-29-13 recent ruling by the judge was to consolidate "Amend or Correct Stipulated Partial Judgment (s)" of defendants....if they wish to join Apples action.

Apple has basically taken over an action that was initially started by a Fujis motion which was denied....... In other words, Fuji initially started the action to amend previous Partial Judgment agreements with e.Digital....where Apple followed on Fujis action, Fuji was denied. Yet for the same exact issue Apple motioned it has yet to be ruled on....Both Fuji and Apple are represented by the same attorney.

The only one that seems to have joined Apple s action at this point is Fuji which recently settled some of the issues with e.Digital...

This thing is inside out, but easy enough to understand if you read the Fuji docket ....and then read the Apple docket.
