Having reviewed the Parties’ Notice of Settlement and Joint Motion seeking

a stay of all pending deadlines in this matter in light of the fact that a settlement of

this matter has been reached, and good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY

ORDERED:

1) All deadlines set this in this matter to include those set forth in the

Court’s May 30, 2013 Order After Case Management Conference (Docket #29) are

hereby stayed as to all parties in this case.
