judges are soposed to know what they are judicating. So far we at EDIG have gotten stung by an ignorant judge and another who did not want to challange her ignorance. Thery fly by the seat of the pants or bloomers and hand down opinions base on what they don't understand. Its a case that even though you own the patern its how the judge wants to see things . Its wide open for curruption.
