What does it mean "slapping the ceiling"?

I did look at the highs for Oct. 2013. Today, Halloween, makes the fourth time we have hit this spooky ceiling this month, .085. Will we break through today or not? And if we do, how high up is the next ceiling, 12 cents? November will bring Thanksgiving for sure. And hopefully November will also bring something all EDIG shareholders can be thankful for.
