RE...Phillips joinder....Oct 21

"Notice is hereby given that Defendant Philips Electronics North America Corporation will and hereby does join Defendants’ Notice of Motion and Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending Appeal, filed by Defendants in Case No. 3:13-cv-00785-DMS-WVG (ECF No. 64 and associated documents)."

They did not administer the other two motions on their part either....They had an ENE the next day....22nd..leading to settlement talks...must have been an interesting meeting. Did Phillips gain any leverage with the threat of staying their case on the 21st... IMO, the same stipulated performance issues would have been hindered that I note for Mach Speed.
