It might read a motion to amend/correct ...however, I see it as a motion to cheat. They want to amend the judges order 51, however, that order is the result of a joint motion doc 49 where agreed terms were negotiated. What they want to amend to the judges order hardening doc 49...was not part of the negotiation of doc 49.
