Plank sure thinks......it is NOT an emergency....since Fuji and Apple etc, knew of our appeal no later than October 9th....date of PR, but ONLY when they don't get what they want after an ENE....do they file an "emergency" motion to shorten time.....on October 21st...so from Oct 9th......(even if they did not know what they signed in a "non final Judgment")....they wait 12 days before it becomes an emergency...

heck I bet fuji and apple sold a LOT of devices during those 12 non emergency days...and Plank believes they did so willfully.....
