both Apple and Fuji filed motions yesterday for the same circumstance....

Fuji got a denial today...and today O'Shea responded with corrective "renewed to clarify compliance with Rule 83.3" and modified the the pleading.

The court did not deni or approve Apples recent motion...however a corrective was filed today on behalf Apple for the denial action that Fuji got.

The court has not responded yet to the correctives filed.
