IMO, Handal drafted the stipulated partial judgments to move things along with conditional considerations (as I see it) entering into negotiations, as O'Shea contends the issues to have been...."negotiated" his word, ....O'Shea now wants to re-negotiate the issues by why of court intervention.... that were initially beneficial to both parties.

They will not be negotiated as excepted conditions to both parties if the court gets involved with a ruling that changes the details.
