With that we know that the court recently turnd down Apples 12c with regard to the removable(SSD) memory issue.
e.Digital has the right to sue Apple, according to the court, because the memory can be unpluged from one device and plugged into another.
It does not matter if the plug is a 60(?) pin PCMCIA, 9 pin SD, or an SSD plug assembly....just that the memory can be removed and reused in another device.
With that, e.Digital has the right to sue for the claim terms it feels have been infringed.
