There has to be something different about others getting patents or they would not be granted.

Gimbal (QCOM) for example was approved after NUNCHI too.

The key point is, CA is only a part of NUNCHI.

These other patents in general are CA task specific.

They are now competitors in this specific space, but are not the whole enchilada.
