At the SHM it was stated 16 mln or so to date of which about 1/2 went to EDIG.

Since 2008 when settlement money started to come in, where would be be without it?

Yes, disappointing lately but that can change.

The company needs to take what it can get to fight the future fight and we know who that is about...lol.
