A. They are the insiders. Unless the options have an expiration date, exactly what do they have to gain by exercising now? In fact, if they exercised now they could then sell. Evidently they are not planning on selling at or near the stock's current level.

B. If it takes a year or two to build a house would you also consider its construction dead in the water after only 11 months or just part of it's progression towards completion? And yes, not all houses get completed but I believe that Nunchi is in process and it is too early to declare it dead in the water.

C. Fred's educational background has been what it is for about the last 35 years or so. To me that qualifies as yesterday's news. He knows all the background of the company and besides it looks as if Alan Mullaly will probably take the Microsoft job.
