I don't think it is debatable whether insiders buy stock is a good thing. Not buying also could never be interpreted as a good thing so it can only be said that not buying or owning is at best a non-event. This is what Etrade says about EDIG in this regard:

Over the last five years there has not been an insider stock purchase at EDIG.

If you don't think I think about this at times you would be wrong.
