FLCR was not in play. SHWB, ETRD, NITE, and TDCM were the affected MMs. Currently, FLCR is not even in the list on the bid/buy side, but is on the list on the ask/sell side, but at 30 cents (not in play).

I suspect that there were a ton of sell orders in at 10 cents (nice round number) - I think there were 4-5 MMs on the ask at 10 cents. Remember, this is an OTC, so buys and sells both show up (like counted twice) in the volume. So tons of buys offset by tons of sells. That`s why I think there was little movement. Pairing up of buy and sell orders...
