In a game of chess all pieces are on the table at the same time. Some how though it seems the other side started with more pieces than we had./ Look the judge had a history of being a pissass judge. She was dealing with words and not the applications. She was wrong and loved the idea that she stuck it to DM. We though are the ones that got screwed. This last judge was no better. He chose to continue the farce by not doing his homework. It also seems that those that clerked for them were just as ignorant about this technology. We got shafted by lazy people who are given the responsibilty to see that honesty is part of the playing field. Some one or some thing got to them if ignorance is not what happened.
