I can bring up his quote of the claim term(RE: item B) rendered in Colorado...yes he sees and acknowledges a term was ruled on...but he, IMVHO, does not see the whole picture....because the whole claim term was not ruled on by the Colorado judge.

e.Digital considered the whole claim term in its construction....the defendants considered only the half that benefited them....and the judge ruled on only half.
