The list you are refering to I believe was the 9-17-08 SHM in which a slide was supposed to show 7 and only 7 infringers (The TX 7), when they said the list consisted of 174 CE outfits that were all blackout out and they forgot to block out Nokia. The slide was quickly switched and when someone asked to go back to that slide they would not do it. Was it a mistake or on purpose...lol?
