Or possibly, to not add more to Dish's plate(no pun intended) sman or whoever wants to post valuable information instead should just email it directly to Fred (ffalk@edigital.com), he can decide whether to forward it to Handal or not, and the poster can post something on the board to the effect, "I have just send some potential precedent case info or other timely information to Fred directly in the hope that it will aid the cause." Most of us will not understand it anyway so why let the competition see it too? I for one will not be offended that I cannot read some particular article. Just throwing out some suggestions--those in charge should decide what is best for the group.
