I have some comments on this...

I have never been to a SHM yet were someone or multiple someone's did not vent and express displeasure, ask tough questions, make suggestions, even demands.

I can say with certainty, bankerson's comments have been expressed by DRVEN and I in our last two visits, one on one with Fred.

On the share buyback comment, 9-17-09 SHM...

Q: Is the company considering dividends or buying back shares?

A: (RP) We are keeping all options open.

Note: the question was raised in anticipation of large settlements in route.

On insiders buying shares, or should we say exersizng options, our SEC guy Curt would not approve of Fred addressing such.
