Not what I meant.

Curt, our local SEC counsel attends the SHM's. He guides Fred as to what he can publicly discuss or not.

He reviews the .ppt presentation before hand I am told as well.

A question that was sensitive was raised, Fred looked at Curt and he shook his head no.
