first class lawyers have follow up plans. For example, at trial good lawyers ask witnesses questions that the lawyers know the answers to and same with the follow up questions. I have to think Handal & Co. knew the CE would go against them or at least had a Plan B if it did. Either way the suits forge ahead per FF in his carefully worded PR which was probably written in advance of the motion's ruling.

Back in Feb. and March a lot of shares traded at much higher prices, 17 and 18 cents vs. 6 and 7 cents now. People will be taking their tax losses, after all the overall market is way up. Unless something important is revealed at the SHM, our price will stay under 10 cents, and in Nov. and Dec. it will drift lower because of tax selling.

If IP Metrics has been sucessful, we should be hearing something soon. We can expect these law suits to drag out for years, but our next platforms may come into play "soon".
