This case was brought to a conclusion by judges that ewither don't understand what legality means or they were so shallow in their soposed expertese that they had problems reading with any intellect just what this case was all about. It also seems theat their clerks were not at the head of the class when it came to understanding the principles of patent laws. So far it seems that we were handed over to car chasing judges and not people that know a damm thing about patents. If a decision was handed to EDIG that a patent was theirs who are these judges that can say otherwise. They have refused to recognized the theft practice of these companies and then have let them noit just to get away with it but that its O.K. for them to continue in their theft. The little guy has been dealt a serious blow by morons of the courts.

Just what will be settled if we then start the whole procedure over against these thiefs that have in their corner those same judges that can be bought for a cheap song. Some one already said it, it like pissing in the wind.

If we do this then we need an entirely new attitude as has been expressed by Fred these past years. The silent act that was given should be shelved and an entirely open progam be done so that we the investors have a chance to see what the hell is going on. Its not fair that we were the last to know anything and it was we who have stuck and supported this company through out these last 20 years.

My belief has been that NDA's have hurt us. These mysterious partners that we were engaged with only hurt us because they worked behind the scene as we gave up the secreats of EDIG. That has got to stop.
