This decision by this judge will be monumental especially if he decides in favor of EDIG. It will set things straight for the next 100 years that to cheat and try to steal what is not yours as far as intellectual property will cost you big time. If he goes the other way he then will have given liscense to the thieves of the world that the big are entitled to eat all of the small.

Let hope that he understands this moment in time and that he can really give the inventors of our time the protection of their property they rightly deserve.
