So you're saying if the judge agrees with Apple and multiple other defendants, grants Collateral Estoppel and our Flash-R cases are thrown out of court, it's all good?

I don't know how to say this politically correct so I'll just blurt it out...are you feeling alright today? There will be NOTHING good about granting Collateral Estoppel. Period.
